DISCLAIMER

Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration of SD Goalkeeping and RC1 Coaching accepting the registrant/s onto the UK Soccer Tour program, I, the above mentioned registrant (or the parent/Guardian of the registrant if a minor) hereby agree that SD Goalkeeping and RC1 Coaching, it’s members, coaches, officers or designates shall not be liable for any injury or loss which I, my child, or my family members sustain while participating in activities of any kind, whether sponsored by or under the supervision of SD Goalkeeping and RC1 Coaching, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SD Goalkeeping and RC1 Coaching and its members, coaches, officers, or designates of any kind from any claim whatsoever. In the event of injury, my permission is granted for treatment as required, for the entire family, at the nearest medical treatment facility. I have read this release & disclaimer and recognize that I and my family, give up substantial rights by accepting this form. By clicking below I agree to the terms and conditions of this form.

TOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

• Once the Initial non-refundable deposit due upon signing of this contract is paid all terms and conditions then become live. Only once the deposit has been paid will your place on the tour be guaranteed.

• Final balance due no later than 6 weeks prior to your groups departure.

• For bookings made 6 weeks or fewer to your departure date, full pre-payment will be due.

• Please sign this agreement along with the requested deposit. The booking will not be guaranteed prior to acceptance of this document and deposit as outlined above.

Payment Deposit Schedule

2 payments:

1. deposit paid ($750) for each person upon registration

2. remaining balance to be paid by November 15, 2024

• All extras incurred for any additional services must be settled prior to departure.

• All card payments will be subject to a 2.9 % transaction fee.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

• Cancellation after October 15 will result in forfeit of initial deposit.

• Cancellation between October 16 and November 15, a 50% cancellation fee will apply

• Cancellation after November 15, a 100% cancellation fee will apply

CATERING REQUIREMENTS

In the event that requested catering requirements are in excess of the hotels standard sports menus, extra supplements are applicable. All dietary requirements need to be submitted via email no later than 6 weeks before the tour.

AIRLINE CHARGES

SD Goalkeeping and RC1 Coaching will not be liable for any costs involved regarding airline charges and changes.

INSURANCES / VISAS

It is the responsibility of each participant and family member to have suitable insurances and visas, if required, in place prior to travelling. Travel Insurance is advised. SD Goalkeeping will not be held liable for any claims.

CHANGES AND VARIATIONS

SD Goalkeeping and RC1 Coaching reserve the right to make alterations to tour itineraries, although every effort will be made to ensure this does not affect the quality of the experience. Changes and variations to existing schedules can occur through circumstances out of our control. Again, we will do everything possible to safeguard the quality of the tour experience provided but are in the hands of key partners including the EPL, EFL to name a couple.

BEHAVIOUR

If the behavior of an individual is disruptive or deemed dangerous, we reserve the right to terminate a tour for an individual. Any costs incurred will subsequently be charged to the individual.

We do not accept responsibility for you or your child if you contravene law(s) or regulation(s) of any countries visited during your tour.

FORCE MAJEURE

We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense arising from a change or cancellation which may occur as a result of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances out of our control, or the consequence of which could not have been avoided with all due care. Such events would include e.g., war, threat of war, riot, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, viruses or pandemics, technical problems with transport, fire and/or adverse weather conditions, decisions by Law enforcement or of Football Associations, or other similar events beyond our control.

COVID-19 & SD GOALKEEPING DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Whilst SD Goalkeeping and RC1 Coaching will ensure full compliance by its management, employees and contractors with the Infectious Disease: Health and Safety Protocol, SD Goalkeeping and RC1 Coaching will not accept any liability in the event of a guest(s) contracting an infectious disease (including COVID-19) as a direct or indirect result of complying or adhering to SD Goalkeeping and RC1 Coaching Infectious Diseases: Health and Safety Protocol or that of any third party.

MEDIA RELEASE

I grant permission to SD Goalkeeping and RC1 Coaching to use my name, image, likeness, and any photographs or video footage taken during the tour for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print media.

ROOM SUPPLEMENTS

Please note that all prices are based on Twin Occupancy. If any of the adults in your travelling party require a Single Room then please let us know ASAP. Please also note that UK hotels may charge a single supplement fee (per night) for such a request.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.

• PAYMENT PLAN: Fees are divided into a non refundable deposit of $750 per person to be collected online today plus remaining balance to be paid by 11/15/24.

• Please note that all prices exclude flights. Arrival in the UK will be on the morning of Saturday 28th December 2024 at London Heathrow Airport, for a 12pm start time of tour. *Flights generally depart the US the evening before.
